We are looking for an IVR & Chatbot Developer to design, develop, and implement IVR solutions using Genesys Cloud Architect. This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining bots and chatbots, contributing to process efficiency and enhancing user experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement IVR solutions using Genesys Cloud Architect.
2. Create and maintain bots and chatbots to optimize user interactions.
3. Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
4. Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle: design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
5. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in IVR and chatbot development.

Requirements:

1. Experience in IVR development with Genesys Cloud Architect.
2. Knowledge of bot and chatbot development.
3. Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. High level of English (written and spoken).
5. Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with VXML development.
2. Experience developing applications on AWS.
3. Knowledge of Google Dialogflow and Amazon Lex for chatbot development.

Languages:

1. English (Fluent).
2. Spanish (Fluent).

Remote in Spain.
