We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Solution Architect for Multicloud Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a world-leading digital transformation partner, shaping the future of society with our customers.

About the Role :

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative solutions for our clients in the Multicloud environment. Your expertise will be essential in leading presale / bid processes, providing complete solutions, and coordinating teams of solution architects throughout the process. You will also ensure that architecture features and services meet non-functional requirements such as security, performance, reliability, etc. Furthermore, you will collaborate with client stakeholders to understand how they can deliver benefits of workplace solutions to their organizations while reducing risks through automation and request remediation. Additionally, you will evaluate existing workplace strategies, conduct TCO analysis, and provide security considerations as part of a workplace solution adoption framework.

Key Responsibilities :

• Overall responsibility for the technical architecture of the solution, costs, and pricing.
• Design the solution in a formal offer document based on client requirements.
• Lead the presale / bid process for new business opportunities, providing the complete solution and coordinating the team of solution architects throughout the process.
• Ensure that the architecture features and services meet non-functional requirements such as security, performance, reliability, etc.
• Responsible for the production of high-level designs and supervise the low-level design and other technical documents related to the project.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand how they can deliver the benefits of workplace solutions to their organizations while reducing risks through automation and request remediation.
• Evaluate existing workplace strategies and conduct TCO analysis and security considerations as part of a workplace solution adoption framework.
• Leverage hands-on customer experience and proof-of-concept to educate and engage a broader community of customers, partners, and coworkers.
• Define strategies and roadmaps for Multicloud solutions.
• Experience in managing costs and preparing pricing models for offers.
• Enjoys leading multidisciplinary teams and can clearly communicate complex technology solutions at all organizational levels.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• High communication skills and ability to present solutions to customers.
• Skills in ITIL, PMP methodologies, and experience in designing Agile / Scrum services.
• Experience in implementing methodologies and processes in services.
• Architecture design for Multicloud solutions and migration from on-premise environments to cloud solutions.
• Technology consulting projects : infrastructure transformation and evolution, digital transformation.
