Job summary

TRIGYN TECHNOLOGIES is seeking an ICT Security Officer for Cloud Computing Support to provide advanced security services across the Microsoft 365 suite, Defender XDR, Entra ID, and related cloud security tools. The role covers hybrid on-site work in Valencia, Spain or Brindisi, Italy, with remote security operations for the client environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring security reports, responding to incidents, threat hunting, and developing security guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of ICT security experience, with at least 3 years in cloud security for Microsoft 365/Azure.
• Expert-level security monitoring, incident response, and digital forensics experience.
• Hands-on with Defender XDR, Entra ID security, and Sentinel or similar SIEM/SOAR.
• Experience with threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and security assessments.
• Ability to develop guidelines, standards, and policies at an org-wide level.
• Experience in UN/NGO or international mission environments desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to security reports and alerts for the ICT environment.
• Lead security incident response, including forensics and containment.
• Perform proactive threat hunting using cloud-native tools (M365, Defender, Entra, SIEM/SOAR).
• Maintain documentation and runbooks for detection and response.
• Coordinate with operations teams on resilience, DR planning, and DR exercises.
• Support duty officer modality outside working hours for urgent security needs.
