q.beyond ibérica S.L. is seeking a DevOps Engineer to operate and improve AWS infrastructure, deploy Docker/Kubernetes environments (including EKS), and maintain Terraform-based IaC with robust CI/CD pipelines.

You will automate tasks, support runbooks, and collaborate with Spain and Germany teams on cloud and automation initiatives.

Formación

• English level B2 or higher for technical meetings and documentation.
• AWS production experience including EC2, IAM, VPC, and storage.
• Hands-on Linux and Windows administration and troubleshooting.
• Practical exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Git, and CI/CD.
• Ability to automate tasks with Bash or Python and use metrics/logs/alerts.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and improve AWS infrastructure (EC2, networking, storage).
• Deploy, maintain and troubleshoot Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Maintain IaC with Terraform and build CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate recurring tasks using Bash or Python.
• Operate observability platforms (Prometheus, Thanos, Grafana, Elastic).
• Resolve incidents and document runbooks for others.

YOUR TASKS:

• Operate and improve AWS infrastructure, including EC2, networking, access management and storage.
• Deploy, maintain and troubleshoot Docker and Kubernetes environments, including Amazon EKS.
• Maintain Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and build reliable CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate recurring operational tasks using Bash or Python, or other tools.
• Operate and improve observability platforms using Prometheus, Thanos, Grafana and Elastic.
• Resolve L2/L3 incidents, investigate root causes and execute platform maintenance with appropriate validation and rollback procedures.
• Maintain runbooks and technical documentation, ensuring solutions can be operated by other team members.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Spain and Germany on cloud, automation and cross-functional projects.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

• English B2 or above, with the ability to participate in technical meetings, explain incidents and write documentation. Part of the interview will be conducted in English.
• Hands-on AWS experience in production, including EC2, IAM, VPC networking, security groups and storage. Certifications or personal labs alone are not sufficient.
• Professional experience in a DevOps, Cloud or Platform role, with responsibility for production environments.
• Solid Linux and Windows administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to automate tasks using Bash or Python and investigate issues using metrics, logs and alerts.
• Ownership, initiative and sound operational judgement: you investigate problems, assess risks, communicate blockers and take work through validation and documentation.
• Additional experience we value: Amazon EKS operations, Prometheus/Thanos/Grafana/Elastic administration, Kafka, VMware and multi-customer managed services environments.
