Allianz Technology in Barcelona seeks an experienced Cloud Platform DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate secure, scalable AWS cloud platforms enabling enterprise SaaS workloads.

You will lead deployment of SaaS platforms (AWS QuickSight, M365, MCP), implement IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK), and build CI/CD pipelines. The role emphasizes security, observability, and cost efficiency in hybrid environments.

Formación

• Solid experience in AWS cloud engineering / DevOps / platform engineering.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of AWS core services (compute, storage, networking, serverless, IAM).
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK) in production.
• Proven background in SaaS integration, especially AWS QuickSight, M365, and enterprise platforms.
• Understand IAM, SSO, federated identity and directory services (AD, Entra, LDAP, SAML).
• Experience with CI/CD automation, monitoring, and observability solutions.
• Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash) and automation mindset.
• Knowledge of enterprise networking concepts (VPCs, subnets, LB, DNS, SGs).
• Experience in Agile / DevOps environments with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and operate AWS-based cloud platforms supporting enterprise SaaS and integration scenarios.
• Lead deployment, configuration, and operation of SaaS platforms such as AWS QuickSight, M365, MCP, and more.
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or AWS CodePipeline.
• Ensure robust monitoring, observability, and alerting with CloudWatch, Dynatrace, or equivalent.
• Drive IAM, SSO, and federated identity solutions and integrations.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to integrate cloud platforms with on‑premise/legacy systems.
• Design and implement backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability strategies.
• Optimize cloud environments for performance, security, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards, data protection, and regulatory requirements.

About the Job

As aCloud Platform DevOps Engineer, you will design, build, and operate secure, scalable AWS cloud platforms that enable enterprise SaaS integrations and business‑critical workloads.

With a strong focus on AWS QuickSight, you will play a key role in driving cloud automation, identity and access management, observability, and platform resilience across hybrid environments — always keeping security, compliance, and cost efficiency at the core.

What You Do

• Design, build, and operate AWS-based cloud platforms supporting enterprise SaaS and integration scenarios
• Lead the deployment, configuration, and operation of SaaS platforms such as AWS QuickSight, M365, MCP, and other enterprise solutions

What You Bring

• Solid experience in AWS cloud engineering / DevOps / platform engineering roles
• Deep hands‑on knowledge of AWS core services (compute, storage, networking, serverless, IAM)
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK) in production environments
• Proven background in SaaS integration, especially AWS QuickSight, M365, and enterprise platforms
• Very good understanding of IAM, SSO, federated identity, and directory services (Active Directory, Entra, LDAP, SAML)
• Experience with CI/CD automation, monitoring, and observability solutions
• Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash) and a strong automation mindset
• Knowledge of enterprise networking concepts (VPCs, subnets, load balancers, DNS, security groups)
• Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments with cross‑functional teams
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
