Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking an Inside Partner Engineer Trainer to empower partners with knowledge, skills, and confidence to leverage our cloud solutions and the client platform.

You will design and deliver engaging training programs, act as a trusted technical advisor, tailor enablement to partner needs, and continuously improve learning materials. The role offers a central Barcelona location, standard 39‑hour weeks, and a competitive package.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in technical training, technical support, cloud technologies, pre‑sales, or a similar customer‑facing technical role.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
• Experience creating and delivering technical training content for diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Google Cloud Digital Leader certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver engaging training programs, including presentations, workshops, demos, and hands‑on labs.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping partners understand and adopt solutions and best practices.
• Collaborate with Partner Account Managers to identify training needs and tailor enablement programs to partner requirements.
• Create, maintain, and continuously improve training materials to reflect on the latest products and releases.
• Foster a collaborative learning environment through webinars, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Gather feedback, monitor training effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement across partner enablement activities.
