Concentrix Corp in Barcelona is seeking an Inside Partner Engineer Trainer to empower partners with cloud training, hands-on labs, and compelling demonstrations.

You will design and deliver engaging programs, act as a trusted advisor on cloud solutions, tailor enablement with Partner Account Managers, and continuously improve training materials to reflect the latest Google Cloud products and releases.

Formación

• 2–4 years in technical training or related roles.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong cloud computing knowledge (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Experience creating and delivering training content.
• Google Cloud Digital Leader certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver training programs with workshops, demos, and labs.
• Act as trusted technical advisor to partners on solutions and best practices.
• Collaborate with Partner Account Managers to tailor enablement.
• Create and update training materials reflecting latest products.
• Lead webinars and knowledge-sharing sessions; measure training impact.

successfully leverage our client platform.

As an Inside Partner Engineer Trainer in Barcelona, you'll combine your technical expertise , training skills, and passion for cloud technologies to empower partners and drive business growth.

What you will do in this role

• Design and deliver engagingtraining programs, including presentations, workshops, demos, and hands-on labs.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping partners understand and adoptsolutions and best practices.
• Collaborate with Partner Account Managers to identify training needs and tailor enablement programs to partner requirements.
• Create, maintain , and continuously improve training materials to reflect on the latest products and releases.
• Foster a collaborative learning environment through webinars, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Gather feedback, monitor training effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement across partner enablement activities.

Your qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in technical training, technical support, cloud technologies, pre-sales, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• FluentinEnglish (spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
• Experience creating and delivering technical training content for diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Google Cloud Digital Leader certificatio n requir ed .

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Engineering, or a related field .
• Google Cloud certifications such as Professional Cloud Architect or Associate Cloud Engineer.
• Experience with networking, databases, big data, security, or distributed systems.
• Background in channel management, partner enablement, or pre-sales environments.
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure and modern software architectures .

• Salary 26.480,38 euros gross/year + up to 4.000 euros gross/year in bonus + Restaurant Card
