Changan Automobile Europe is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer for our Madrid office to manage public cloud infrastructure and ensure high availability of connected vehicle platform applications. You will handle daily maintenance, incident management and provide technical support to internal teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS or Engineering, and several years in operations with hands-on cloud, Linux, and database skills.

Formación

• Degree in CS, engineering or related field.
• Multiple years in operations or a similar role.
• Experience with public clouds (AWS/Azure/Alibaba).
• Strong Linux, DB (MySQL/Redis/Kafka/MongoDB) and container skills.
• Familiarity with monitoring (Prometheus) and HA design.
• English fluency; another European language is a plus.

About us

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Cloud Operations Engineer to join our Madrid office. This position will play a key role in managing our public cloud infrastructure and ensuring the high availability and stability of our connected vehicle platform applications, while handling daily maintenance, system changes, incident management, and technical support.

Responsibilitie

• sCloud Infrastructure Management: manage public cloud resources including servers, networks, databases, and container clusters; ensure optimal performance and security of cloud-based infrastructur
• eApplication Stability: monitor and maintain the stability of our connected vehicle platform applications; implement measures to ensure high availability and fault toleranc
• eDaily Maintenance: perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, issue resolution, emergency response, and technical support; document and report on all maintenance activities and incident
• sProcess Improvement: contribute to the development and refinement of operational workflows and best practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and service qualit
• yIncident Management: respond promptly to system outages or performance issues; conduct thorough investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrenc
• eTechnical Support: provide technical assistance and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders; stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancement
