Une entreprise spécialisée dans les ressources humaines recherche un Product Owner pour son client dans le domaine de la sécurité cloud et réseau. Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience en gestion de projets de sécurité, en leadership et en communication. Ce rôle implique de travailler avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour développer des solutions de sécurité évolutives et innovantes, tout en assurant l'amélioration continue des pratiques de sécurité au sein de l'organisation.

Formación

• Expérience avérée en gestion de projets de sécurité cloud.
• Compétences solides en communication et en gestion d'équipes.
• Capacité à traduire des besoins commerciaux en solutions techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Diriger le développement de produits de sécurité liés à la sécurité réseau et aux environnements cloud.
• Collaborer avec des équipes techniques pour assurer l'alignement des objectifs.
• Mentorer les équipes de sécurité cloud dans leur travail technique.

• Actualmente buscamos un Product Owner para el área de Cloud & Networking Security de un importante cliente, trabajando en su IT HUB.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the development of security products related to network security, cloud environments, and automation.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the cloud security space, with expertise in Azure cloud security, network security technologies like Zscaler (cloud-based network security platform), Checkpoint (network security and firewall protection), and automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership, other product owners, and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals and clear communication across departments.
• Communicate with both technical and business/managerial stakeholders, adapting your vocabulary to a wide range of audiences.
• Translate technical requirements into User Stories which would eventually impact the area´s roadmap.
• Lead teams to innovate and build scalable security solutions that align with business needs and objectives.
• Ensure the adoption and continuous improvement of cloud security practices and network protection technologies within the organization.
• Mentor and guide cloud security teams in their technical work and strategic alignment.
• Apply strategic planning to drive product development that aligns with long-term business goals and objectives.
• Foster an Agile mindset within the team to drive iterative development, continuous feedback, and product improvements.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading teams and/or projects within a cloud network security scope.
• Strong know-how of (but not limited to) Zscaler, Checkpoint, Azure Cloud Security and automation technologies (such as Ansible, Terraform)
• Experience with implementing and managing security tools for Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS), along with expertise in LAN and WAN networking best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing cloud security teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven experience with the MS stack and hands-on expertise in Azure is a required qualification for this role.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, aligning their expectations and ensuring project delivery within scope and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a broad range of stakeholders, including directors and other non-technical audiences.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and prioritize product features effectively.
• Very strong communication in English
