Job summary

T-Systems Iberia is seeking a curious DevOps Engineer to design, build and operate CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native infrastructure for a global Deutsche Telekom digitalization effort. You will collaborate with engineers and stakeholders worldwide to modernize automation across a business-critical work order platform.

You will own infrastructure automation, improve deployment reliability and lead CI/CD initiatives while supporting operation, reliability and continuous improvement across

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in computer science or related field.
• Strong knowledge of modern IT stacks, CI/CD and cloud-native infra.
• Solid software engineering background with Python/Java or similar languages.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms and Infrastructure as Code.
• Hands-on involvement in software projects using modern frameworks.
• Experience operating apps and infra in cloud/Kubernetes.
• Strong automation mindset and goal to reduce manual effort.
• Intercultural competence and collaboration across global teams.
• Proficient English (B2+).
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Design, extend and operate infrastructure and services across projects with cross-team collaboration.
• Support complex projects through development, QA, planning and releases.
• Automate and own cross-project infrastructure and toolchain for CI/CD.
• Partner with software engineers and business teams to accelerate delivery.
• Improve deployment reliability, observability and operational excellence.
• Develop concepts to automate complex services and operating models.
