Job summary

isolutions is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to automate and scale our Managed Services around Microsoft cloud platforms. You will design automation, build CI/CD pipelines, and implement IaC with Terraform to enable secure, scalable tenant management.

You will leverage PowerShell, Graph API, Entra ID, Azure, and 365 to standardize processes, working with architects in a cross-functional team to drive operational excellence. Fluent English required; Spanish or German a plus.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Automation Engineer, or Cloud Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Strong knowledge of Git, including branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience working with the Microsoft Graph API.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management is a plus.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Entra ID and modern identity and access management concepts.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft cloud services.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development is a plus.
• A passion for automating manual tasks and establishing scalable standards.
• A self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within an international team.
• Fluent in English; Spanish or German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• You automate and continuously enhance our Managed Services offerings.
• You build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for the automated deployment and management of customer tenants.
• You develop automation solutions using PowerShell and implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• You integrate and automate Microsoft cloud services through the Microsoft Graph API.
• You design and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions based on Microsoft Entra ID.
• You standardize processes, reduce manual effort, and create reusable platform components.
• You work closely with architects and engineers, actively contributing your own ideas and innovations.
• You ensure our services can be operated securely, efficiently, and at scale through automation.
