Une entreprise en pleine expansion recherche un spécialiste du support IT Azure pour rejoindre son équipe multiculturelle. Ce rôle clé implique la gestion des incidents et des demandes de service, tout en offrant des conseils aux utilisateurs sur le matériel et les logiciels. Le candidat idéal aura au moins 2 ans d'expérience en Service Desk et une maîtrise de Microsoft Azure, ainsi qu'un niveau d'anglais C1.

Formación

IT Support Azure Specialist — An exciting opportunity to lead and empower a multicultural team!

Experience :
  • At least 2 years of experience in Service Desk / Service Operation activities.
Skills :

Help Desk expertise, Incident and Service Request Management, Ticketing Systems (e.g., Jira, Freshdesk, Remedy, get.IT), experience working with third-party software vendors, cloud environment/infrastructure (Azure preferred), basic knowledge of cloud visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, DataIKU), cloud analytics tools (e.g., HDI R, HDI Spark, Data Bricks), monitoring and logging (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights), big data compute tools (e.g., Data Science VMs, WebApps).

Responsibilities :
  1. Primary point of contact for user questions and incident reporting, ensuring smooth incident and service request processing.
  2. Incident Management: Record, categorize, evaluate, analyze root causes, workarounds, and resolve incidents or escalate as needed.
  3. Service Request Fulfillment: Record, prioritize, fulfill, and communicate about service requests.
  4. Advising end users on hardware/software, managing user credentials, monitoring service health, and creating incident reports for improvement.
Additional Duties :

Support support topics, manage logs, keep abreast of new technologies, and recommend process improvements.

Technical Knowledge / Accountabilities :

Proficiency in Microsoft Azure (Portal and CLI), Azure WebApps/Function Apps, ADLS Gen2, Azure Databases, Windows/Linux VMs, Azure AD, Networking, SaaS, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, container management, scripting, and automation. Experience with supporting Azure services such as ADLS and Azure Data Factory is a plus.

Remote, with flexible schedule including a Friday intensive day.
