Project Description :
To ensure the stability and efficiency of DT-Technik's cloud infrastructure (BM4X), we are seeking qualified personnel. They will be responsible for 2nd-level incident and problem management, working closely with our internal first-line, onside-support DT-ISP / FOPS and the developers of compute automation. Our goal is to enhance service quality and strengthen the innovation of our cloud services.
Activity description and concrete tasks :
2nd-Level Incident Management : Handle and resolve incidents escalated from first-line support, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
Problem Management : Identify recurring issues and develop long-term solutions, collaborating with compute automation developers to enhance automation processes.
Interface Collaboration : Work closely with first-line support, DT-ISP, FOPS, and automation developers to ensure smooth operation and problem resolution.
