Cloud & Infra Architect - [ED578]

We are seeking a highly skilled NFVI Cloud Architect to join our dynamic team at a leading telecom operator. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of CNIS (Cloud Native Infrastructure), RedHat OpenStack, and OpenShift, and will be responsible for architecting and implementing cutting-edge cloud solutions to support our telecommunications infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, deploy, and manage NFVI solutions using RedHat OpenStack and OpenShift.
2. Develop and implement cloud strategies and architectures that align with business goals.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions.
4. Provide technical leadership and guidance on NFVI best practices.
5. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
6. Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline cloud operations.
7. Design and implement DC (Data Centre) Networking and Infrastructure Architecture.
8. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud computing, NFVI, and data centre networking.

Required Skills & Certifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Extensive experience with RedHat OpenStack and OpenShift.
3. In-depth knowledge of CNIS (Cloud Native Infrastructure).
4. Strong understanding of NFV and SDN (Software Defined Networking) concepts.
5. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Ansible, or similar.
6. Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
7. Relevant certifications such as Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE).
8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Functional Requirements:

1. Proven experience in architecting and implementing cloud solutions in a telecom environment.
2. Proven experience in designing and implementing data centre networking and infrastructure architecture.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Familiarity with telecom standards and protocols.
7. Strong understanding of security best practices for cloud environments.
