Having embarked on a global transformation, they are seeking a Cloud Hosting Service Analyst to join their team to ensure the success and integrity of their transformation project.

This role is 100% remote, based out of Spain, within a supportive and collaborative IT infrastructure team.

The Cloud Hosting Service Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing cloud-based services and hosting environments, ensuring their reliability, security, and efficiency, while supporting stakeholders in leveraging cloud technologies.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily operations of cloud infrastructure across platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, including provisioning, monitoring, scaling, and troubleshooting.
• Managing tools such as Terraform, Splunk, Github, Moogsoft for cloud provisioning, monitoring, and support.
• Implementing service optimization, cost-efficiency, and performance enhancements.
• Enforcing security measures, compliance standards, and best practices to safeguard data and applications.
• Collaborating with security teams to address vulnerabilities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Providing technical support to internal teams and clients, responding to cloud infrastructure incidents.
• Managing change requests, performance monitoring, trend analysis, and capacity forecasting.
• Maintaining detailed documentation and generating reports on system performance and costs.
• Collaborating with suppliers and peers to ensure stable cloud operations.

Requirements:

• Expertise in AWS, Azure, GCP, and datacenter settings.
• Experience managing vendors and business units regarding cloud services.
• Experience with cloud migration and datacenter consolidation projects.
• Ability to build relationships and influence senior leadership.
• Knowledge of ITIL, Lean IT, DevOps, and relevant certifications.
• Proficiency with cloud management tools like Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, Terraform.
• Knowledge of security protocols, compliance, and best practices in cloud environments.
