Job Profile

Digital Solution Advisory is a customer-facing role that maps product capabilities to client requirements, supporting the selling of solutions and services with a focus on digital sales techniques. The role involves serving as a domain expert and spokesperson for SAP S/4HANA Finance, integrating SAP knowledge with digital sales methodologies, and communicating product value effectively to clients within Finance & ERP.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  1. Deal Support: Deliver tailored sales presentations on SAP solutions, collaborate with VAT teams, maintain an asset library, conduct discovery sessions, develop customer roadmaps, and utilize digital tools like SAP Virtual Studio and OBS technology for remote presentations. Post-sale, oversee transitions and contribute to high-profile event narratives.
  2. Demand Generation: Lead webinars, align with marketing and demand generation priorities, advise on account and territory planning, and craft compelling content to support demand generation campaigns.
  3. Digital Content for Customer Facing Situations: Curate and innovate digital content aligned with market trends and customer needs, supporting sales enablement through training and actionable insights.

Experience and Language Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
  • Over 5 years in presales, technology consulting, or similar customer-facing roles, with expertise in S/4HANA Finance and digital tools to drive sales and engagement.
  • Proven ability to handle complex digital presentations, technical challenges, and facilitate collaboration across teams.
  • Experience in digital transformation and leading digital sales cycles.
  • Languages: Native Italian, fluent in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus.
