Job summary

Colliers in Madrid is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to help build and operate cloud-native and hybrid workloads in a fast-paced, global technology hub. The role reports to the Senior Manager Cloud Engineering and features a hybrid work model (2 days on-site) with opportunities to influence technology strategy across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud infra engineering experience.
• Hands-on Terraform and automation.
• Strong knowledge of GCP and Azure including networking, IAM, storage, and monitoring.
• Experience in distributed/global teams and using Jira, GitHub, Miro, Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement scalable and secure GCP infrastructure aligned with design docs and business needs.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines, IaC versioning and change-control workflows.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform.
• Monitor cloud performance, cost, and reliability with native tools.
• Ensure security best practices and respond to incidents; maintain runbooks.
