Giesecke+Devrient is seeking a Cloud Engineer to design and manage AWS Landing Zones, automate deployments, and support cross-ART teams in a SAFe-enabled environment. You will handle Kubernetes clusters, Terraform, and Ansible while ensuring security, performance, and scalable cloud infrastructure.

The role focuses on hands-on cloud engineering, container orchestration, and system performance in a Scrum team with a flexible remote work option.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on AWS experience including EC2, S3, IAM, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, Lambda, RDS, ECS, EKS, Route 53, and Organizations.
• Experience migrating apps to AWS (rehosting, replatforming, or refactoring).
• Container orchestration with Kubernetes/OpenShift; ECS experience is a plus.
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Ansible.
• Linux/Unix system administration and scripting (Bash/Python).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments; SAFe familiarity is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and manage AWS Landing Zones and foundational cloud infrastructure.
• Support migration of application stacks to AWS with performance, security, and scalability in mind.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and Docker container deployments.
• Automate infrastructure and deployments using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Install, configure, and maintain OS, cloud-native tools, and monitoring solutions.
• Collaborate with developers to optimize performance and reliability.
• Maintain backups, security, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Write scripts to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work.
