AppCast is seeking a Cloud Engineer - AWS in Barcelona, hybrid, to design and manage AWS Landing Zones and containerized deployments. You will work with Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD in a Scrum setting, optimizing performance and security across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AWS, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and Linux, with strong scripting and a passion for automation. Flexible hours and remote work options support work-life balance.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on AWS experience including EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, CloudFormation and CloudWatch.
• Experience migrating workloads to AWS (rehosting, replatforming or refactoring).
• Proven container orchestration experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift or ECS.
• Strong IaC skills with Terraform and Ansible.
• Solid Linux/Unix system administration experience.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance tuning.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and manage AWS Landing Zones and foundational cloud infrastructure.
• Support migration of application stacks to AWS with performance and security in mind.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters, Docker deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate infrastructure and deployments using Terraform, Ansible, and pipelines.
• Ensure security, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
