Giesecke+Devrient (G+D) is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer to join our agile team in Sant Joan Despí. You’ll design, implement, and manage AWS Landing Zones, support migration of application stacks to AWS, and maintain Kubernetes clusters and container deployments.

A hands-on role focusing on cloud infrastructure, automation, and performance in a SAFe/Agile environment. You'll work in a Scrum team with remote work options and strong emphasis on security, automation, and reliability.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on AWS experience with EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, RDS, ECS, EKS, Route 53.
• Experience migrating application stacks to AWS (rehosting/replatforming/refactoring).
• Proven container orchestration with Kubernetes/OpenShift and/or ECS.
• IaC using Terraform and Ansible.
• Proficient in Linux/Unix administration; virtualization and containerization experience.
• Familiar with monitoring tools (Splunk/Nagios) and performance tuning.
• Strong scripting (Bash/Python) for automation.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and manage AWS Landing Zones and foundational cloud infrastructure.
• Support migration of application stacks to AWS, ensuring performance and security.
• Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters and Docker deployments.
• Automate deployments with Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Install/configure cloud-native tools, OS, and monitoring solutions.
• Support cloud-based solutions across AWS/OpenStack and other clouds.
• Monitor and optimize performance; troubleshoot bottlenecks with developers.
• Maintain security, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
• Write scripts to improve operational efficiency.
