Lafarge Africa Plc in Madrid is seeking a DevOps Engineer to manage our cloud development platforms, promote a robust DevOps culture, and ensure zero unplanned downtime. You will collaborate with product teams, implement infrastructure as code, and drive automation across our microservices and containers.

You will build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, improve observability, and help scale deployments with modern tooling and security best practices.

Formación

Bachelor-level or higher IT degree or equivalent
Experience with IT automation tools and cloud platforms
Strong ability to define and implement DevOps processes
Proven experience with Agile methodologies
Experience deploying automation solutions in large enterprises
Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) and CI/CD
Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and security practices in IT environments
Ability to work cross-functionally across regions and languages

Responsabilidades

Foster resilience and reliability of IT services through coordination with product teams
Implement and promote CI/CD pipelines and on-demand release strategies
Operate cloud architectures and code-based services to improve MTTR
Enhance observability with telemetry and real-time monitoring
Deploy changes safely to production including rollbacks and fixes
Leverage SaaS and cloud solutions to simplify services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet regional objectives
