Pleased.com is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer in Madrid to bridge software development and IT operations, automating build, test, and deployment pipelines. You will own infrastructure, automation, and reliability, collaborating with developers and DBAs across multiple countries.
The role covers cloud platforms (AWS), Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, monitoring and security practices, with remote-first culture, competitive compensation, and 28 days leave. Spanish work permit preferred.
Formación
- 6+ years DevOps experience.
- Experience leading planning and deployment of projects.
- Strong AWS experience with EC2, S3, IAM, RDS.
- Knowledge of microservices and service mesh concepts (Kuma).
- Experience with observability stacks (Grafana/Prometheus) and IaC.
Responsabilidades
- Collaborate with DevOps and DBA teams to improve infra.
- Enhance cloud infrastructure and deployment processes across multiple countries.
- Optimize costs, provisioning, and response times using modern tech.
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure with autoscaling and dashboards.
- Mentor junior team members and support security audits.
