Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Architect to maintain and evolve one of the largest city councils' cloud hosting platforms, which supports approximately 1,000 PHP deployments.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, and DevOps practices. This role requires strong collaboration with security, development, and operations teams to drive cloud adoption and optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement cloud architecture solutions that are secure, scalable, and cost-effective.
• Lead the migration of existing applications to the cloud, including re-architecting legacy systems.
• Define cloud standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to establish CI / CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cloud engineers and developers.
• Evaluate and recommend new cloud tools, services, and architectures.
• Ensure cloud environments meet compliance, governance, and security requirements.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance, availability, and costs.

Qualifications :

• 1-3 years of experience.
• Bilingual in Catalan & Spanish.
• Advanced level of English.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Cloud Architecture, Git, Linux Platform.
• High proficiency in Python.
