As a Cloud & AI Sales Leader at a major tech firm, you will inspire a high-performing team focused on delivering cloud solutions to SMEs. As a Cloud & AI Sales Leader in the SME&C segment, you will oversee a team of frontline managers responsible for Azure Specialists and Solution Engineers. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving digital transformation, customer success, and business growth through Microsoft's Cloud & AI platform.
Qualifications (Text Only)
Required Qualifications (RQ's) : 9+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience, or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 7+ years of experience. Demonstrated experience selling complex, cloud-based solutions to SMEs. Proven coaching and negotiation skills. Experience managing channel sales complexities.
Preferred Qualifications (PQ's) : 12+ years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree in related fields with 10+ years, or Master's Degree with 8+ years. 10+ years services sales, 5+ years people management, including manager of managers. Strategic thinking, excellent communication, high performance, growth mindset, and technical breadth in cloud, hybrid infrastructures, security, and industry standards. Demonstrated sales and partner management experience with executive engagement. Overachievement of sales goals and experience with complex sales methodologies.
