Responsibilities

  • Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in guest-facing service in a luxury environment.
  • Certification or equivalent combination of education and training that provides required knowledge and skills.
  • Technical proficiency to assess methods, procedures, equipment, and supplies.
  • Confident and well-groomed appearance with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Working knowledge of computers, Internet access, and ability to navigate software packages like Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, requirements, and equipment use.
  • Able to apply customer service skills according to company policy when interacting with guests and coworkers.
