The Project Manager role covers all areas of project management from the moment the brief arrives through to delivery and follow up, including:

1. Agree precise specification for the project
2. Elaborate the briefing
3. Plan the project - time, team, activities, resources, financials
4. Online management using suitable project management tools (Like: Basecamp, Asana, Teamwork, Dapulse, Slack, Skype, etc)
5. Communicate the project plan effectively to your project team and to any other interested people and groups
6. Liaising with the internal design and development teams
7. Budget management
8. Central point of client contact
9. Agree and delegate project actions
10. Manage and motivate - inform, encourage, enable the project team
11. Check, measure, monitor, review project progress - adjust project plans, and inform the project team and others
12. Complete project - review and report on project performance; give praise and thanks to the project team
13. Project follow-up - train, support, measure and report results and benefits

• Experience as a Project Manager, Product Manager or Scrum Master
