Crovelis is seeking a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) to join our Clinical Operations team in Madrid, supporting the lifecycle of clinical trials from start-up to close-out. You will coordinate with CRAs, CTMs, vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth study execution.

The role requires an organized, detail-oriented professional with experience in clinical research and good knowledge of ICH-GCP. Occasional travel may be required.

Formación

• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing or a related healthcare discipline.
• Experience in clinical research or study coordination.
• Good understanding of clinical research processes and ICH-GCP.
• Experience with clinical trial documentation and systems.
• Experience in CRO/sponsor environment is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinating and following up on operational and administrative activities across the study lifecycle.
• Supporting study start-up, maintenance and close-out activities.
• Coordinating site activation with CRAs and study team members.
• Maintaining trackers, timelines, status updates and study documentation.
• Organizing study team meetings and preparing agendas.
• Coordinating with sites, vendors, Finance and internal stakeholders on invoices and payments.
• Using operational and financial systems, including SAP or similar tools.
• Tracking deliverables, milestones and issues and escalating delays or risks.
• Maintaining up-to-date study documentation and records.
• Working with CRAs, CTMs and cross-functional teams to execute studies.
• Ensuring proactive and professional communication with stakeholders.
