Clinirx in Spain is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to support site management and monitoring across EU trials. You will handle initiation, routine monitoring, close-out visits, and regulatory/ethics documentation to ensure trial integrity.

The ideal candidate has strong ICH-GCP knowledge, fluent Spanish and English, excellent communication, and proven ability to work in fast-paced, global environments with a proactive, ownership mindset.

Formación

• Proven experience working as a CRA in Spain.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and local clinical research regulations.
• Hands-on experience with site management and monitoring activities.
• Site initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Regulatory and Ethics Committee documentation and investigator/site relationship management.
• Ability to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work in fast-paced global environments.
• Spanish (native) and fluent English (written and verbal) are required.
