Job summary
ICON Strategic Solutions in Madrid is seeking a Clinical Trial Assistant to work office-based, supporting sponsor-dedicated trial management. You will help monitor sites, ensure protocol and GCP compliance, and contribute to efficient trial operations.
The role requires a life sciences-related bachelor’s degree and some experience in clinical research or site management, strong organization, and willingness to travel up to 25% to sites as needed in Spain.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
- Some experience in clinical research, site management, or related administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring clinical trial sites per protocols and GCP.
- Support site management activities including documentation and data entry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address site issues.
- Maintain records and prepare monitoring reports.
- Participate in training to develop trial management skills.
