IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Trials Assistant in Madrid to support daily administrative activities with CRAs and RSU teams, ensuring TMF accuracy and timely delivery. You will help prepare, file, and archive regulatory documents in line with SOPs and project timelines.

The role requires a life science degree, 1+ year experience in clinical trials, and fluency in English and Spanish, with strong MS Office skills and good time management. Occasional on-site visits may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or higher-level degree preferable in life science.
• At least 1 year of experience as Clinical Trials Assistant.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Awareness of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines as provided in company training.

Responsabilidades

• Assist CRAs and RSU with updating and maintaining TMF and project documentation.
• Prepare, handle, file and archive clinical documents and reports per scope of work and SOPs.
• Periodically review study files for completeness.
• Assist with preparation, handling and distribution of Clinical Trial Supplies and tracking information.
• Track and manage Case Report Forms (CRFs), queries and clinical data flow.
• Act as a central contact for the clinical team for project communications and documentation.
• May accompany CRAs on site visits to assist with monitoring duties after training.
