Syneos Health is seeking a Lead Contract Manager to negotiate and finalize clinical study agreements (CTAs) across studies, coordinating with a global team of site contract negotiators. You will drive CTA document finalization, terms, financial attachments, and investigator budgets for awarded projects.

You will ensure compliance with sponsor and company requirements, identify budgeting or contracting issues, and partner with internal teams to implement solutions that advance our contract goals.

Formación

• Experience in negotiating clinical study agreements (CTAs).
• Ability to finalize contract terms, financial attachments and investigator budgets.
• Collaborate with a global team of site contract negotiators to deliver on awarded projects.
