Formación

Main goal:

Provides technical support to MD&D product sales of new and established accounts. Cooperates with sales to accomplish sales objectives and greater market penetration. This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assists in achieving the sales goals set by the sales team, including market share goals.

  • Assist in the implementation of market development and field marketing activities.

  • Schedule appointments and attend surgeries with clients.

  • Develop presentation and technical information packages focused on our clients and our products for sale.

  • Participate in activities to improve the knowledge of health professionals.

  • Makes regular visits to customer locations to collect information and manage material orders and shipments.

  • Help to manage globally territory the assigned to the sales network while operating within an assigned budget.

  • Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure product availability.

  • Helps run regional and local promotional activities that are designed to advance sales.

  • Follow up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction.

  • Helps make sales forecasts for business planning by account and submits it to management.

  • Prepares sales reports and documents as needed.

  • Transmits relevant market information to management.

Job Profile:

  • Preferably Healthcare or Science University Degree.

  • Experience in assisting surgeon in OR will be highly valued (At least 6 months).

  • Fluent Spanish and English.

  • Excellent oral (including group presentations) and written communication skills, as well as solid organizational and time management abilities are required. The qualified candidate will have outstanding interpersonal and customer relationship-building skills.
