IQVIA is seeking a Consultant for ClinRO Services to oversee clinical trial assessments within its Patient Centered Solutions team. The role involves evaluating assessment quality, engaging with participants, and ensuring compliance with methodologies. Ideal candidates hold a Master's degree and have substantial clinical experience, excelling in communication and organization within a diverse and innovative environment.

Formación

  • Advanced proficiency in English.

The Patient Centered Solutions (PCS) team leads the industry in generating data to incorporate the patient voice into medication development and commercialization . Role & Responsibilities

The role-holder must be a committed individual with high emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills. They should thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing conflicting priorities with a sense of urgency aligned with business needs.

As a Consultant, ClinRO Services within the PCS team, you will administer assessments to clinical trial participants or evaluate assessment quality performed by others, providing feedback on interview technique and scoring . Responsibilities include :

  • Review scales administered by raters to ensure standardized assessments and data reliability.
  • Evaluate assessment quality, conduct live interactions with raters, discuss methodology, scoring, and provide guidance.
  • Assess case data, prepare for discussions with raters, and have relevant documents ready.
  • Complete scheduled rater interactions and tasks.
  • Ensure timely documentation of all related activities.
  • Participate in orientation, training, and calibration sessions.
  • Perform functional assessments of rater performance and assist in communication dissemination.
  • Remotely contact clinical trial participants to administer assessments and document results.

What do you need to apply?

  • A Master’s degree (MA / MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatry, Nursing, Social Work, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience with central nervous system (CNS) trials . Experience with psychiatric populations and administering psychiatric assessments or structured interviews is a plus.
  • Previous experience in conditions like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, depression, schizophrenia, or anxiety is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in English .
  • Strong interpersonal skills for professional interaction at all levels.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
