Formación

IQVIA Patient Centered Solutions (PCS) Team - Consultant ClinRO Services

IQVIA provides scientific services spanning clinical trials, real-world evidence, and consulting across all areas of the product lifecycle. The PCS team leads the industry in generating data to incorporate the patient voice into medication development and commercialization. We focus on understanding and meeting client needs, primarily in the life sciences/pharmaceutical sector, through broad consulting expertise and scientific knowledge to design rigorous research, including qualitative, quantitative, and passive approaches.

Role & Responsibilities

The role requires a committed individual with high emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The candidate should understand the urgency inherent in our business.

As a Consultant in ClinRO Services, responsibilities include:

1. Review scales administered by raters to ensure standardization and data reliability.
2. Evaluate assessment quality through live interactions and provide feedback.
3. Prepare for discussions with raters by reviewing case data and relevant documents.
4. Complete scheduled rater interactions and tasks.
5. Ensure timely documentation of all tasks.
6. Participate in orientation, training, and calibration activities.
7. Assess rater performance through mock interviews and assist in communications.
8. Remotely contact clinical trial participants to administer assessments and document information.

Minimum Requirements

• Master's degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, Social Work, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience with CNS trials; experience with psychiatric populations and assessments is a plus.
• Experience with Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, depression, schizophrenia, or anxiety is preferred.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
