Clinical Sales Specialist - Prosthetics (18 open positions over the course of 2025 and 2026)

Locations : Remote, based in area of Responsibility. Multiple positions are available for the following areas: Nordics (NO, DK, SE, FI), UK, Spain & Portugal, Italy, France, North-West Germany, North-East Germany, South-West Germany, Switzerland, South-East Germany & Austria.

About Us: Axiles Bionics is a Brussels-based spin-off from Brubotics (VUB), specializing in Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, and Biomechanics. We aim to improve quality of life with innovative bionic technologies, bringing peace of mind and body to amputees through advanced solutions and services.

Position Overview: We seek a relationship builder—a true people person—with strong commercial acumen and a passion for enhancing patient outcomes. You will manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, clinical demonstrations, product certifications, patient trials, and long-term account management. Your clinical credibility will foster trust with CPOs, while your business skills will promote adoption and regional growth. This role is target-driven, blending technical insight with relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operate as the main contact for your territory for all Prosthetics queries, including: Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outreach, fairs, networking, and industry events.
  2. Lead Qualification & Product Demonstration / Certification: Assess leads, organize demos, support CPOs during fittings.
  3. Customer Engagement & Trials: Build trust with CPOs, support patient trials, and acquire clinical and technical skills for prosthetic fittings.
  4. Negotiation & Pricing: Drive product adoption by understanding financial needs to maximize revenue.
  5. Relationship Nurturing: Maintain relationships via visits, presentations, and workshops.
  6. Order Management: Record orders in CRM/ERP, collaborate with production and logistics.
  7. Insurance & Reimbursement Support: Assist CPOs with patient reimbursement documentation and reports.
  8. Event Management: Represent at trade fairs and industry events, present at congresses and forums.
  9. Marketing Collaboration: Support joint campaigns, relay customer insights, and assist with product launches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in prosthetics, kinesiology, sports sciences, engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience with an established network in prosthetics or orthotics.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in local languages and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Technical skills for smooth sales operations (Wi-Fi, hotspots, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, email, CRM.
  • Ability to work independently and travel frequently (up to 80%).
  • Valid driver’s license.
