Clinical Sales Specialist - Prosthetics (18 open positions over the course of 2025 and 2026)
Locations : Remote, based in the area of Responsibility. Multiple positions are available for the following areas: Nordics (NO, DK, SE, FI), UK, Spain & Portugal, Italy, France, North-West Germany, North-East Germany, South-West Germany & Switzerland, South-East Germany & Austria.

Our mission is to bring peace of mind and body to amputees with innovative bionic solutions and outstanding services.
Position Overview: We are looking for a relationship builder—a true people person—with strong commercial acumen and a passion for improving patient outcomes. You will operate the full sales cycle: from lead generation and prospecting to clinical demonstrations, product certifications, patient trials, and long-term account management. Your clinical credibility will help build trust with CPOs, while your business sense will drive adoption and regional growth. This is a sales role with clear revenue targets, blending technical insight with relationship management.
Key Responsibilities include:
Profile: You are a proactive hunter and dedicated account manager, resilient, target-driven, and passionate about creating impact. You understand that closing a deal is just the beginning, investing in long-term customer success. You thrive in a startup environment, are adaptable, resourceful, and eager to master clinical and technical aspects of our products.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in prosthetics, kinesiology, sports sciences, engineering, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of sales experience with an established network in prosthetics or orthotics. Strong communication and presentation skills, proficiency in local languages and English, additional languages a plus. Practical tech skills, proficiency in Google Suite, CRM, and email management. Ability to work independently and willingness to travel up to 80%. Valid driver’s license.

Interview Process: 3 interviews of 30, 60, and 90 minutes with the Chief Sales Officer and CEO.
