The University of Florida College of Medicine – Jacksonville seeks a Clinical Programs Coordinator I to manage data reporting, records, and community outreach within clinical programs. You will coordinate monthly data reports, organize training logs, maintain EMR client records, and support contract renewals while partnering with Senior Program Coordinators and community therapists.

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four years of working with grant funding and reporting is preferred.
• Background check is required.
• Health assessment required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates the preparation and submission of required monthly data reports, quarterly staff training logs, and quarterly community training logs to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Reviews community therapist monthly workbooks and billing for completeness and accuracy.
• Submits approved documentation to the Finance group for VOCA invoicing, ensuring adherence to reporting and fiscal deadlines.
• Serves as the Records Coordinator for the program, ensuring secure maintenance and retrieval of client records in accordance with standards.
• Monitors adherence to wait list procedures and assists in refining tracking systems.
• Supports Senior Program Coordinators during annual Department of Health monitoring visits by preparing documentation and reports for contract renewals.
• Acts as the Community Liaison for the program, coordinating outreach events and promoting education on sexual assault topics.
• Coordinates client care activities, verifies client information, and establishes client records in the EMR system.
• Assists in onboarding new community and UF therapists and coordinates training schedules and orientation materials.
• Organizes and facilitates regular team and community therapist meetings; prepares agendas and distributes notes.
