Role Overview

At our organization, we seek licensed psychotherapists to join our network and deliver care with a technology-enabled platform that prioritizes patient outcomes.

As a mental health therapist, you will provide counseling services to clients with various needs, including short-term goal-focused employee assistance programs and employer health plans allowing multiple sessions. You will treat adults who have completed online screenings identifying their symptoms and areas of concern.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide culturally competent and empathetic care to diverse populations, upholding values of diversity and inclusion.
• Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and complete session documentation in a timely manner within our system.
• Use evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions tailored to each client's needs.
• Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team and clinical care navigation team when needed.
• Provide safety planning and intervention during situations where a client might present with higher risks.

Client Care

• Deliver culturally sensitive care to a diverse client base.
• Document client sessions accurately and efficiently.

Communication

• Communicate effectively with the provider support team and clinical care navigation team.

Clinical Expertise

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions to address client needs.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Unrestricted license to practice counseling (Psychotherapist, Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, etc.)
• Minimum 3 years of independent clinical experience.

Skills and Abilities

• Comfortable with technology and telehealth competent.
• Available for some monthly in-person availability in Barcelona, Spain.
