Formación

Our first product, CerviSense , is a CE-marked intravaginal probe that quantifies cervical tissue stiffness using proprietary Torsional Wave technology . With a focus on preterm birth , labor induction , and translational OB / GYN research , Innitius partners with leading hospitals across Europe to set new standards in maternal care.

Tasks

As the Commercial & Market Development Manager for CerviSense Science in the EU, you will lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for our research platform, focusing on cervical stiffness quantification. Your responsibilities include :

  • Designing and executing the go-to-market plan for research centers and university hospitals across Europe.
  • Defining customer segmentation , pricing strategy, and commercial positioning.
  • Building an early customer pipeline , qualifying leads, and converting scientific interest into adoption.
  • Creating and adapting commercial and technical materials (e.g., 1-pagers, demo decks, datasheets).
  • Coordinating product demonstrations , scientific evaluations, and pilot programs with clinical research groups.
  • Supporting regulatory and clinical teams to align product messaging with ongoing evidence generation.
  • Building and managing key partnerships with distributors , KOLs , and academic centers .
  • Working closely with the CEO and technical team to refine product features based on early user feedback.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B medical device commercialization , preferably in women’s health , diagnostic platforms , or research equipment .
  • Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market plans from scratch.
  • Excellent skills in pricing strategy , market segmentation , and value proposition design .
  • Strong scientific communication skills; able to translate complex technology into clear research value.
  • Experience working with clinical investigators , research coordinators , and hospital procurement teams .
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of other EU languages is a plus.
  • Based in the European Union and available to travel for key events, pilots, and demonstrations.
  • A strategic leadership role in launching a disruptive research platform in women’s health.
