IQVIA is seeking a Decentralized Clinical Trial Study Lead (DCTL) to drive the strategic development and delivery of DCT studies, optimizing speed, quality and cost while ensuring adherence to contracts and SOPs. The role requires collaboration across multiple teams, managing risks, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in clinical research, deep knowledge of DCTs, and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Life sciences or related field.
• Requires 5 years relevant clinical research experience or equivalent.
• Requires advanced knowledge of and experience implementing Project Management methodologies.
• Broad knowledge of DCT and related areas; clinical trial knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver DCT studies in line with contracts optimizing speed, quality and cost.
• Serve as DCT project oversight and/or customer contact.
• Set objectives for DCT project team and assess performance.
• Collaborate with core study team to prepare management plans and milestones.
• Monitor progress and present project information to stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risks and change control processes.
• Ensure financial success and resource optimization for project goals.
