Formación

• 9 years of clinical research experience as CRA, CL, or PM.
• 4 years of clinical monitoring experience required.

What You'll Be Doing :

1. Act as a leader driving global study and/or program clinical team and departmental engagement, maximizing the efficiencies of the clinical team across studies and programs.
2. Oversee clinical team tracking and analyze open action items, protocol deviations, and communication reports.
3. Review or delegate review of study documents such as protocols, informed consent forms, case report forms, and other study plans.
4. Apply a risk-based quality management mindset, contribute to risk management plans, and support adaptive risk monitoring system setup with the study team as applicable.
5. Collaborate with functional leads and sponsors to identify data-related issues and risks; assist in developing mitigation plans.
6. Support project managers, regional clinical leads, and line managers to ensure adequate resourcing for the study duration.
7. Oversee financial aspects of clinical activities, including identifying out-of-scope tasks and ensuring pre-approval of these tasks by the project manager and sponsor.

What We Are Searching For :

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
2. 9 years of clinical research experience as a CRA, CL, or PM, including at least 4 years of clinical monitoring experience.
3. Experience working within our Oncology Business Unit with Radiopharmaceuticals is required.
