Formación

• At least 9 years of clinical research experience.
• Minimum of 4 years in clinical monitoring or related roles.
• 3+ years of Clinical Oversight experience, preferably in Neuroscience.

What you'll be doing :

1. Act as a leader driving global study and/or program clinical team engagement, maximizing efficiencies across studies and programs.
2. Oversee clinical team tracking and analysis of open action items, protocol deviations, and communication reports.
3. Contribute to the review of study documents such as protocols, informed consent forms, case report forms, or delegate this to the assigned Clinical Lead.
4. Apply a risk-based quality management mindset, contribute to the risk management plan, and support adaptive risk monitoring setup with the study team.
5. Collaborate with functional leads and sponsors to identify data-related issues and risks, assisting Clinical Leads in developing mitigation plans.
6. Support project and regional Clinical Leads to ensure adequate resource allocation throughout the study duration.
7. Oversee the financial health of clinical activities, supporting the identification of out-of-scope tasks and ensuring pre-approval by the Project Manager and Sponsor.

What we are searching for :

1. Bachelor’s degree or its international equivalent in a clinical, biological, scientific, or health-related field, or equivalent work experience.
2. At least 9 years of clinical research experience as a CRA, Clinical Lead, or Project Manager, with a minimum of 4 years in clinical monitoring or related roles.
3. 3+ years of Clinical Oversight experience, preferably in Neuroscience studies.
4. Experience providing guidance, mentoring, and training for Clinical Leads on global studies or programs.
5. Subject Matter Expert support for clinical staff regarding processes, systems, or tools.
