Premier Research: Clinical Lead III Job Description

Premier Research is seeking a Clinical Lead III to join our Global Clinical Management team.

This role involves supporting biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma companies in transforming innovative ideas and groundbreaking science into new medicines, devices, and diagnostics. What You'll Be Doing :

1. Leading global study and/or program clinical teams to maximize efficiency across studies and programs.
2. Overseeing clinical team tracking, action items, protocol deviations, and communication reports.
3. Reviewing or delegating review of study documents such as protocols, informed consent forms, and case report forms.
4. Applying a risk-based quality management approach, contributing to risk management plans, and supporting adaptive risk monitoring systems.
5. Collaborating with functional leads and sponsors to identify data issues and risks, and assisting in developing mitigation plans.
6. Supporting project managers and regional clinical leads to ensure adequate resource allocation throughout the study.
7. Monitoring financial aspects of clinical activities, including managing out-of-scope tasks with proper approvals.

What We Are Searching For :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a clinical, biological, scientific, or health-related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 9 years in clinical research roles such as CRA, CL, or PM, with at least 4 years in clinical monitoring or related experience.
• Experience within our Oncology Business Unit, specifically with Radiopharmaceuticals.
