What You'll Be Doing :

• Act as a leader driving global study and/or program clinical team and departmental engagement, maximizing the efficiencies of the clinical team across studies/programs.
• Oversee clinical team tracking and analyze open action items, protocol deviations, and communication reports.
• Contribute to the review of study documents such as protocols, informed consent forms, case report forms, or delegate these tasks to the assigned CL.
• Apply a risk-based quality management mindset, contribute to the risk management plan, and support adaptive risk monitoring systems with the study team as applicable.
• Collaborate with functional leads and sponsors to identify data-related issues and risks; assist CLs in developing mitigation plans.
• Support project managers, regional CLs, and line managers to ensure adequate resourcing for the clinical team throughout the study.
• Oversee financial aspects of clinical activities, support identification of out-of-scope tasks, and ensure pre-approval of these tasks by the PM and Sponsor as required.

What We Are Searching For :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a clinical, biological, scientific, or health-related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 9 years of clinical research experience as a CRA, CL, or PM, including a minimum of 4 years in clinical monitoring or related roles.
• Experience working within our Oncology Business Unit, specifically with Radiopharmaceuticals.
