Job summary

Roche Madrid seeks a Digital Solution Lead to drive the strategy, governance, and delivery of Clinical Data Standards, Master Data, and the supporting technology ecosystem, including GDSR and Lynx. You will ensure data is defined once, governed consistently, and reused across studies.

You will partner with PD Data Sciences, Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, Study Teams, Roche Data Technologies, and Enterprise Informatics to shape scalable, compliant data foundations and enable AI-ready

Qualifications

• Proven experience defining or operationalizing CDISC standards (CDASH, SDTM, ADaM) and embedding them into processes
• Strong governance, metadata, and master data management capabilities
• Experience partnering across business and IT to shape domain roadmaps, data governance models, and supporting technologies
• Delivery governance and platform health accountability across complex programmes

Responsibilities

• Lead domain vision for Clinical Data Standards and Master Data
• Drive governance, delivery models, and platform health for GDSR and Lynx
• Coordinate with PD Data Sciences, Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, Study Teams, Roche Data Technologies
• Define roadmaps for clinical standards and master data capabilities and metadata services
• Monitor issues, incidents, and service health with KPI dashboards
• Balance regulatory expectations, business priorities, and technical constraints
