Job Description

We are creating a new position for a passionate Clinical Data Scientist / Biostatistician to join our clinical development team focused on cosmetic products. The role involves building and implementing our digital transformation, analyzing complex datasets, and supporting product development with expertise in data science, statistical modeling, AI, and machine learning. Knowledge of clinical development in cosmetics is a plus.

The role reports to the Director, Global Clinical Innovation and Skin Evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain the department’s digital transformation strategy.
  • Analyze clinical datasets to identify trends and insights.
  • Develop predictive models to enhance product efficacy and safety.
  • Collaborate with research and product teams on experiment design and validation.
  • Draft study protocols, identify efficacy criteria, and develop data dashboards.
  • Ensure data quality by working with vendors and automating data collection.
  • Create visualizations and reports for stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Degree in Biostatistics or Engineering.
  • At least 2 years in clinical data analysis, AI, and machine learning.
  • Proficiency in Python or R and data visualization tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of clinical trials and cosmetics industry regulations.
  • Experience in healthcare digital transformation is a plus.
  • Understanding of cosmetic product development.
