After successfully raising €5 million in a landmark seed funding round to grow our team and scale in key markets, we’re looking for a passionate Client Success Specialist to join us.

What You'll Do

  • Advise B2B clients on outbound sales strategies and lead generation, helping them optimize their prospecting process with Genesy.
  • Guide clients through the implementation of our platform, ensuring they achieve the best results in their sales strategy.
  • Analyze and improve lead generation and outbound sales workflows for businesses.
  • Act as a strategic consultant to enhance their customer acquisition processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience, gathering feedback and contributing to platform improvements.

Must-have

What We’re Looking For

  • Language skills : Advanced level of English (C1 level) and fluency in one of the following languages—Spanish, Italian, German, or French.
  • Communication skills : You feel confident to engage with clients via video calls.
  • Strong understanding of B2B outbound sales and lead generation processes (whether from hands-on experience, involvement in the process, or deep interest in the field).
  • Familiarity with key SaaS metrics : ARR, NRR, Churn.
  • Startup mindset : energetic, resilient, and motivated to learn and grow.
  • Willingness to work from a Barcelona-based office 5 days a week (with flexibility when needed).

Barcelona-based or open to relocate to our vibrant city.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in Sales Ops, Sales, or Customer Success,
  • Experience in SaaS, startups, or fast-growing companies.
  • CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk, Salesforce).
