Reporting to the Regional Head of Client Success Management, this full-time, remote role offers a chance to build trustful client relationships, support ongoing programs, and implement new initiatives.

As a Client Success Manager, your responsibilities include :

  • Developing strong client relationships, managing onboarding, training, and webinars
  • Tracking client data and performance metrics in Dynamics, and aligning reporting and communication plans with clients
  • Handling escalations from the Learner Success Management team with appropriate solutions within SLA timelines
  • Updating client info, creating platform contracts, and coordinating data transfer for program launches
  • Delivering reports, monitoring KPIs like attendance and satisfaction, and collaborating with Finance for billing accuracy
  • Ensuring timely program renewals, monitoring satisfaction at closure, supporting sales with renewals, and identifying upselling opportunities.

What You'll Offer

Proficiency in French and English, experience with OPCO and CPF processes, Qualiopi certification a plus, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, proactive and adaptable mindset, client-focused approach, tech-savviness (Dynamics, Learnlight platform), and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
