Client Success Manager, French Speaker (Remote)

This full-time, remote role reports to the Regional Head of Client Success Management. As a Client Success Manager, your key responsibilities include :

  • Building strong, trustful relationships with clients, overseeing program implementation, onboarding, and training sessions.
  • Managing client data and performance metrics in Dynamics, coordinating reporting and communication plans with clients.
  • Handling escalations and complaints from the Learner Success Management team within SLA timelines.
  • Updating client information, creating contracts, and ensuring smooth program launches.
  • Delivering reports on KPIs like attendance, completion, satisfaction, and collaborating with Finance on billing processes.
  • Supporting contract renewals, monitoring customer satisfaction, and identifying upselling opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Experience with OPCO and CPF processes; Qualiopi certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to foster positive relationships.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technologically proficient with Dynamics, Learnlight platform, and Microsoft Office 365.
