Meta is seeking a Client Solutions Manager for the CPG sector in Madrid. This role involves building relationships with key clients, implementing marketing solutions, and driving business growth through strategic insights. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in sales and marketing, particularly in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, and a proven track record of success.
Client Solutions Manager - CPG Iberia (STE)
Meta is seeking a experienced sales and marketing professional to help build and sell Meta’s advertising solutions to Fortune 500 advertisers in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. You’ll contribute to a high-caliber team in a business that is experiencing rapid and dramatic growth. We are looking for a sales professional with vertical expertise in CPG, has also demonstrated previous solid performance and work in a constantly changing environment, dealing with ambiguity, and demonstrate problem-solving leadership with limited oversight. Ideal candidates will have experience and measurable success in a sales environment as well as experience selling cross-network online marketing solutions such as integrated sponsorships and display advertising.This is a Short Term Employment (STE) role of 8 months and will be located in our Madrid office.
Client Solutions Manager - CPG Iberia (STE) Responsibilities
Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners
Responsible for educating clients on products, new solutions and best practices to drive adoption and grow existing business partnership
Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta's solutions against client's marketing objectives
Conduct data analyses to guide client strategy, which may include setting up dashboards to detect performance patterns and translate them into actionable insights
Build and manage relationships with key clients, agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc.)
Advise on media, measurement, and creative strategy to deliver against client goals
Collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and co-managing complex work streams
Flawless management of internal account operations (revenue delivery, media recommendations, troubleshooting issues, optimization opportunities)
Be an active contributor of the regional sales team to contribute to overall team goals and development
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Advertising, Media Sales and / or Online Advertising experience
Work with C-Level employees at clients and agencies
At least 5+ years of experience managing client accounts
Management and coaching skills
Knowledge of social media, reseller channels and vertical markets a plus
Relationships with top marketing decision makers at traditional companies and agencies
Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals
Demonstrated success as a leader of change by introducing new performance measures, processes and systems
Understanding of user behavior and how technology works and the possibility to explain each in ordinary terms
Communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
BA or BS degree or equivalent experience preferred
CPG vertical experience is a plus
